• All charges include electricity & Gas (acceptable use).

• Cleaning - A  charge of 50 Euros is payable on arrival (Apartment, Linen & Towels). 

• An additional maid service is available on request at an extra cost.

• A £100 security deposit (to cover breakages etc) is required payable on arrival (this will be returned on departure).

• Welcome Packs can be arranged.

• Our local Management Team are English and will greet you on your arrival.

• Please note that a non refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Full payment will be required 2 weeks prior to arrival. 

• 2 Luxury Sun loungers are available subject to a returnable deposit of 50 euros.
